The side panel of the SP-2 model is constructed with a double layer of metal plate, filled with a special sound-absorbing material. With a thickness ranging from 48mm to 50mm, this robust construction significantly reduces noise, creating a quiet and productive environment for your work.
For added soundproofing, the pod is equipped with specially made glass on both the front and back sides. This unique glass design combines hollow glass with laminated glass, providing excellent noise reduction in both high and mid-frequency ranges. In addition to its superior soundproofing capabilities, this glass type offers higher safety standards compared to traditional tempered glass.
The side panels of the SP-2 model are 80mm thick, contributing to the pod's sturdy and durable structure. Despite its robust design, the installation process is straightforward and quick. It takes just 2-3 people approximately 30 minutes to assemble the S POD.

For four-person and six-person phone booths, the interior is usually used as a small acoustic meeting pod. The interior furniture of these two sizes is the same, the difference lies in the size of the sofa and table.
This is the overall circuit diagram of the Office Pods side panel. All the wires are pre-installed in the side panel, which makes the wiring process very convenient and fast. Each wire is equipped with a connector, as shown in the picture, and you just need to plug the wire into the connector. For 4pax office pod, the wiring process can be completed within five minutes.

In accordance with door and window standards, we have adopted a two-layer rubber strip design. When the door is closed, a gentle push on the handle will press the door leaf tightly against the rubber strip on the door frame, forming a good seal. This can effectively isolate noise, resulting in better sound insulation.

In order to better protect our products, we use reinforced honeycomb boards for packaging, and the bottom is made of 18MM plywood into a wooden crate, which is very convenient for loading or unloading. Each set of office pod will be placed in a packaging box, and the load-bearing capacity of the entire box can reach 1200KG.
